Consisting of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an expansive living area and deck, Bramston Beach House will comfortably accommodate eight people.

Peak weeknight price (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) - $510
High weekend price (Fri, Sat, Sun) - $500

Low weekend price (Fri, Sat, Sun) - $450
Low weeknight price (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu) - $410

Minimum stay is 2 nights
POA for stays longer than 7 nights

General terms and conditions

Deposits
A 25% deposit is payable upon booking, with the balance due no less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the stay. The balance will be automatically charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made.

Return customers
All return customers will receive a 10% loyalty discount on all future stays. (5% during peak periods.)

Cancellations
Cancellations prior to 60 days before your stay incurs a $200 administration fee with the remainder of your booking deposit being fully refundable. The exception to this is cancellations during a peak period where the full deposit is retained.

Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to your stay will incur a 25% (of full tariff) penalty.

Cancellations under 14 days will incur a penalty charge of the full 100% tariff.
